What to include
A reproducible report is much easier to verify. Please include:

- the exact result or error message you observed; and
- a link to an official source when you are proposing a factual correction.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send secrets. Remove passwords, API keys, session cookies, private repository URLs, internal IP addresses, and personal data from screenshots, logs, or configuration files.
Short, relevant excerpts are usually enough. If a report concerns a security issue in a third-party product, contact that vendor through its official security channel instead of sending exploit details to this site.
